Could this be counting sheep? In which case sleep comes after. The only thin of note within the head tags is '-->//the cat died'

Nevermind, there were two sets of numbers in the source code, I wondered which of them (or both) you had got your message from... but as it was Edith Head it is pointless to continue this further :p

lots of weird text in the source:
"Dsvivrhgsvhsvvknzm!". Using A=Z, B=Y, etc, it becomes "Whereisthesheepman!"

"DsvivznR!" meaning "WhereamI!"

bottom light seems to be a dead end, tho you'd only get the u/p if youve read dance dance dance.

then i just get a page THEY CANT ESCAPE THE STORM, then redirected back to the lights page again.

This brings you to a tree or branch that has a really creepy face
One eye (left) gives you an empty black page
Other eye (right) brings you a hall with some poem thing on it.

Notice how the date the picture's of the lamps were taken is 9/11.

And the title is 'A moth flew in my room when i d1ed', referring to the plane that crashed into WTC.

Could have something to do with Kipper May or Xerxes

EDIT: It's 8:30 in the morining here and my heart almost stopped when my mouse crossed the letters left to the tree and his eyes and nose started glowing
