MY IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0 died. It's got a lifetime warrenty... I just need to find the fucking box for it.
Also...
WRONG. The refresh rate of the optical is way below that of the explorer, thus making it shitter.

wheel feels weird in the beginning for banana, but once you get used for it its perfect
cuz up/down for left/right feels wrong at first

I still think you should include a 'dipping' shot modifier.
Not knowing where you would put the key for it is not a good reason for not considering a good idea imo
(remember people may have the old sprint key available)

you dont get what i mean
you' pretty much always need both. left and down for example
btw....how would an upwards-banana look like? 0_o
seriously, how would that ball fly then?

excuse my paint skills but it would look a little like this:

ya but it would drop down again....
but it wont really go upwards, it would rather go straight for a moment, then drop down
because atm the ball doesnt go straight at all, its just going down.....thanks to gravity
downward-banana would make sense to me, but upward seems strange.
i've never seen one in football either i believe

make it banana up for around 0.7 secs or something then let gravity do the rest.

it happens when you kick the ball really hard in the middle of it, then move your foot down

the main effect of vertical spins is more about what happens after the ball hits the ground (leaps forward or stays put)
and given the ball is actually a disc (is this still true?) i dont see how it would work
if it would.. that would add some interesting volley set possibilities!

curving a ball upwards is pointless (backspin).
curving a ball downwards (top spin) has potential uses. mainly for fast lobs.
yes it would be more useful when combined with left/right banana
I think a change like this might add an extra level to shooting skills :p

mmm
lob up..
you could surprise he keep, he dodges low, ball goes high

Mmm i guess on one plays tennis or any other sport in real life? Because you might understand what happens when you put spin on a ball if you did
