This level sure does exist! Not sure what else to say about it!
EDIT: After receiving much help, I finally did it. It's kind of a bullshit level. It doesn't make sense to me, and it doesn't even feel logical.

Greetings forum -- this is my first time posting to this forum, so please excuse me. I've recently got back into notpron with a friend of mine after having trouble with a certain level over a year ago. Since then, we have fortunately been able to progress, that is up until Level MINUS 29, which is the topic of this thread. My friend and I have come up with a vague path to follow which we think could lead us to the correct solution, but as of now we haven't been able to complete that path. I was wondering if I would be able to PM anyone who has experience with this level to see whether or not my friend and I are on the right track and to give us a small amount of guidance, if you'd all be so kind. Thank you all very much.

Though there are very limited clues, I'm still lost in thinking of many ways to get the answer from those vague clues.
