Yep, I usually support all portuguese teams in Europe also.

There was a time, in the beginning of last season in that I really wanted Porto to lose, mainly because Mourinho was quite annoying, as you probably already know. But later, i learned how to respect Mourinho's work and I understood that what he does is not that much really, he just has this way of being that can sound arrogant, but it just how he gets things done, so i eventually supported Porto in the final of the UCL against Monaco and we won.

I'm quite happy that we will have 3 teams in the UCL next season, and that we will actually start the next season in the 5th place of the UEFA Coefficients Ranking, we will pass Germany in the beginning of the season since the 2000/2001 ranking will not be counted anymore.

We are in good shape lately... 3 european finals in the last 3 seasons is not something many countries can say they have done. Plus, we also went to Euro2004 finals.
Hopefully, we'll be back to those times when portuguese teams were considered top squads in the world of football.

The Welsh FA have stopped TNS (Total Network Solutions) from "giving" their spot to Liverpool too.

TNS wanted to play Liverpool in a qualification match, saying it would bring in more money than if they played some rubbish estonian team or what not... but they wouldnt allow it.

Afaik, that fenerbahce thing is just that if Liverpool goes in, "Fener" have to play the qualifying round, since Liverpool would have a guaranteed spot in the UCL group stage as they are holders.

that is nothing near a solution to the problems. It just that if liverpool is not going, fenerbahce is in UCL, since Everton has to play in the qualifying to guarantee a spot as 4th placed in the Premiership. So the turkish are happy to see Liverpool out of it, i guess.

nevermind will take us a year to overcome it...
