So, I have the username and password (I'm pretty sure anyways) and ive tried to put them in multiple times. Do they need to be all caps or all lowercase?

Hey man! I'm too new here to send a pm. But I'm using the correct 2 words but it isn't moving to the next level and just continuously asking for the credentials.
Are you typing them lowercase? Try to switch the username and password. First word for username, second for password.

If you have the right UN/PWD it will work

I've found the username/password, but the site juysends me to the unauthorized page. I dont know if anyone is still checking this page, but I thought I'd check. I've entered the code several times.

Ive gotten the two words from the *removed and when i input them into the credentials it just clears the password box

Me too. It's two different words, all lowercase... but it keeps on clearing the words!
Edit: okay already got it, on level 25 now
