i guess the reason why ppl dont really use normal shots anymore is because they are fairly useless now. i think it would be best to take out the opposition being able to hear charging, instead of making pass-shots less viable. if pass-shots become completely useless then a complete volleyfest will ensue.

i agree - leave keeping as is as well as shot strength and pass shot strength...... on cube map i almost always do a normal shot....im good at volleys sure but they are very overrated.....im trying to lose my volleywhore title and im going to endeavour to become the greatest normal shot db player, EVER.

To nameless: Of course I'm a keeper. Don't think I'd go to all this trouble to bemoan the changes if they didn't affect me.
Tribun: I always thought the idea was to make it taller, not bigger, so there's less bouncing of the ball off the celling. Either way, Tribun is a great map how it is.

I have an idea: let's make all the maps just like Cube. If you don't like it David, just don't play it. Or better yet, make a different map altogether.
It's a crying shame that none of TV give a shit about the people that play the game. You'd better start to listen to your community David, before it abandons you completely.
Here's an idea: create a forum right here, so WE can vote on decisions that effect Deathball, instead of having them dictated to us.
