yeah i hate people that lame, i mean th top ranking clan in DBL telling me in public that "im fucking up the offence" (and other wity coments) even though i had stated in the forums i was not very good and looking for help, after this i realised if someone in such a good clan was gonna be like this, the chances are that everyone else would be. so i quit. (i understand that it wasnt the entire clan that told me that and only one member but if he is a pro he should give constructive critisism or nothing at all.)

no i quit db beacuse one of the better people in the game, in the "best" clan slagged me off.everyone saying deathball needs more people, but how many n00bs are gonna stay if "pros" are having a go at them every 30 seconds

it has been said b4 and i won't be the last person to say it but most of the crap with the "pro" players is from the fact that you can see if someone fuxs up big time in db, which u can't see in games like br (well not nearly as much). that being said we do need to be more n00b friendly... sometimes we just need ppl we respect to slap us and say stfu you were once a n00b too give them a break my teammate orb did it for me. all those ppl out there that don't like how your friends are treating n00bs tell them so... sometimes pp just need a slap to wake them up

as with any online game. the best attitude is not to give a rats ass what people say.

if it starts affecting you, the best thing to do is just change server.

Too right, if you get offended by a bit of text then it's recommended you don't play on public servers.
I've just got me number 1 key binded as "lol", so if anything annoys me on DB i just hit that key. :p Yes, i get annoyed quite often!
Feel sorry for khushdi actually, he must get finger ache hitting the "lol" and "\o/" binds all the time. /me remembers i was the one that told khushdi how to bind keys before i knew who he was, shame on me. And sorry for going a little "off topic".

The last time before that was about 4 weeks ago...
I just hate it when i keep/defend and the enemy team scores and then some n00bs on my team starts calling me "noob keeper" etc...

I guess it is time for me too to fakenick in publics...

Best thing I find is to forget about stuff like that on Pubs. Best thing I ever did was turning off the HUD on DB, that way I dont see any of the chat spam etc. =)
Saying that Radar isnt used to much, since im in net =)

I have no probs with noobs when it comes to pub servers and DBA etc. quite happy to help out most of the time. (however not played on a pub server, for some months now =)
The annoying thing for me is when some noobs slip through the net and end up in the #dbpickup matches =/

Best thing going for DB atm is prolly the =ENG= scrims which happen 3-4 times a night.
