When do u plan to release this map pack?

Hmm, an imminent update? Surge if you get a chance to talk to him again, could you ask him if he has received my email? If he is working on this update I'd like to know how long he thinks he'll take.

As for the pack release date, I'm still waiting for permission to distribute a couple of maps.

Surge, if you have any of his contacts (ie. ICQ number, msn, yahoo) could you PM them to me?

imo, if the maps werent to be used as official DBL matches then the map pack would fall flat on its face, as no one would bother with it after the first week or so (a fad) DBL needs a bit of spice and having more maps other than damn Cube and November all the time (no one plays the other maps) then can only be a good thing

Yeah having different maps has really worked well for our Aussie DB league. Every round each clan has two matches.
One home, one away. Each clan chooses the map that will be their home for that round, however they cannot choose a map they have already chosen before.

I thoguth about randomly chosen maps (by script) for the league cup. But I ph34r some ppl will kill me for that \ø/

yup, tbh this is the best way, brings more variation into the league.. most big leagues use this method now..

screw killing you... they'd just torture you till it got changed back

either way, theres not enough good maps to do this. All the "official" maps have problems with them as far as i'm concerned and playing only cube or november has worked so far...

Also, when i was on SoP-ML, 13th ALWAYS made us play Cube because hes a NAZI like that... i'm sure many other leaders feel more comfortable playing only 1-2 different maps than 5-6
