DB (1. sux because....

1. There is a lame move called 'broomstick' in.
2. There was a lame move called 'boosttrick' in.
3. In 1.9 the self-volley will be reduced (banned out).
4. 1.4b was way better.

1.8 sux because.....

DB are funnest game i ever played. It got shitty when the NA community started to drink haterade. That's all there is to it kthx...

1.8 is far away the best version since 1.4b imo

i got ps2 , shit loads of games for it, shit loads of online games for the pc, i just got my ps2 hooked up online with a new game, and yet i still hammer db more than any other game.

i started in 1.4 (i think) and for me this (1.8 [for david]) is best version, only mayb one major bug left in it.

Imo to sort it i would get rid of all the small bugs that you can do, and try and sort somthing about broomgoal and leave the rest, it wuld b sorted then.

go buy unreal assault for the ps2 when it comes out \o

one bug left in 1.4?
im currently trying to setup the 1.4b server, its refusing so far

i think 1.8 is by far the better version, and its not the game thats gotten worse.. its the players/clans and their tactics! bring back the days when no bugger knew how to boost, and goals were actually well worked/passed goals!

maybe version 1.9 there should be an option (Webadmin) where u can turn off the ability to boost and/or volley? back to basics so new players dont get yelled at for not boosting, cos its not there.. then more people would be able to get to grips with the game more

i agree to an extent, but i think we play some good stuff in our clan, no gay goals, but some well worked passing goals.

mayb more clans shud just change their style instead of relying on 1 or 2 specific moves
