Nice to see my name mentioned here, but I'm not in the same league as some of these guys. 
It's hard for me to judge defenders as I rarely leave my own half and so I never have to play against good defenders on a personal level! :p
However I do agree Sqleaf is a fine defender to play with and Rage and Feediko have impressed me in matches I've spectated. Froste is also a player I've a lot of respect for...

fee, bloodyloony or onge for sweeping duties

Mayb its just me, but i always found it hard attackin vs Afflictor, he was always in ur face.
Gobby, Froste and Onge are definately rated imo as well.

i have always found affi more useful in attack, of course he is/was a good defender but i prefer to see him attacking (he makes nice volleys)
