A reminder to all mappers! You now have three days left until the final submissions date! However, as I said in the first post I CAN make extensions, as long as you will be able to provide the map by the 21st of December at the latest. If you want to make an extension, you can email me at Armagon@westnet.com.au or ICQ me at 278821160.

That's it ladies and germs. Map submissions are now closed. The only maps I will be willing to accept are those I've granted extensions for until the 21st.

Didn't I tell you in you that PM I sent you that I had given you an extension Scotteh? If you weren't aware of that PM being sent, methinks you need to check your PMs when you so recently sent one.

I was planning on uploading the Deathball Ownage Map Pack #2 to my own web space if it was working again by today (which unfortunately isn't the case). I had a backup plan of uploading it to PC Game Mods if it wasn't. In the last couple of hours I have tried uploading the pack there twice, and both times they havent finished properly. So now I have a problem finding a place to upload the pack to. If anybody knows any place I can upload a 49mb zip file to, it would be much appreciated.

PCgamemods upload system doesn't like symbols. If you got to the end and got a file not found error instead of the info screen, this may be the a result of the name of the zip. I got it when I uploade Devil'sArena. "DevilsArena" for the zip name worked fine.

Well when I tried the java upload program, it stopped at the end, saying 100% on upload. However, it didn't automatically disappear and move on to the next stage of teh file submission. I thought it was probably finishing it off, so I left it for a full half hour, but still nothing happened, so I clicked cancel in hopes that it would go onto the next phase of file submission. Unforturnately this wasn't the case.

I then tried using the non-java upload method, and after about an hour of uploading, it seemed to have completed sending because the loading bar at the bottom had stopped and my connection speeds were back to normal. Yet despite having seemingly completed, it still hadn't gone on to the second phase of file submission so I couldn't finish it.

Since then I've tried uploading the pack two more times, both without success.

When you tried again in the java, did it ask you to overwrite?

Not good, when I had a problem with no 2nd page it did. I'm assuming it never really got the file. I have no ideas. Sorry.

Hmmm well I'm just gonna try uploading with the Java applet for the third time, and this time round it gave me the overwrite request. Hopefully that's a good sign.
