You can't blame yourself for something like that...its really hard to hold another spirit in your body...my race spent millions of years working on doing things like that and even then we could only just about do it.

Without actually killing anyone there is only one way.
Find a body with a soul and remove the soul. Then use the stone to split the body in two. Then you can put the souls back. But I'm not sure that we should do that because it'll create a formanime...
