Well let's have a look. I can tell you though that defense from it means keeping a clear and closed mind. pretty much unless I have permitted it open the only persn able to get into my mind supamom.
I'm not saying your too weak, we never had something like this show up in the past, There is nothing weak or strong about it, you just have to teach yourself. I started doing it once everyone here starting talking to each other with minds. The only person my mind was open to was elsa but she never used it.
