Small by size, I could only produce a storm in this area or make it snow or whatever, I couldn't stretch it to the city.

That means, it's only limited by your power, not by your abilities.

It was - I think it was the day I arrived - Giggle came out of the forest - but it wasn't Giggle, right? She started bleeding like hell, and I thought you did that. I wanted to know why you did that, stupid as I were, and ran towards you. Guess I bothered you too much, because you just waved your hand I flew away.
And shortly after that, you "repaired" my ribs that were broken.

Oh yes I remember that now. And you are correct that wasn't actually giggle and I thought you were part of what was going on at that time and posed a threat to us. I do appologize for that. And no that wasn't playing there were many things going on at that time. And I really wasn't in the right state of mind having just lost elsa.
