I'm stumped.. but all these comments have really whet my appetite to solve this one!
However, and as much as I love notpron and I hate to say things like this, it seems a little silly that whether you solve it quickly or not depends on whether you used the right program to open the file, as there are no clues as to which work and which don't. If you use one that doesn't work then you try something else and get thrown off course. Just seems a little arbitrary

You need to remember this used to be the last level.. of course it's not going to be easy.

Of course not.. but that's no excuse for it not to be fair.
Edit: didn't 80 used to be the last level? and 82? how many have there been? I'd be interested to see the notpron level chronology

There have been a lot of "lasts" in notpron..
And this level is as fair as the rest. In other levels you weren't told what program to use... that's part of the fun of it.

My god. I take it all back! Awesome level!
edit: probably worth mentioning that I wasted a good while looking for the answer because the file didn't download correctly or something, thus messing it up. So if you're sure you're doing the right thing, try redownloading.

I got the file but i cant open it with any program.I also have an idea about this "i can see you" thing,but i dont know what to do with that.Can i pm someone?

I tried this a couple years back, gave up in frustration on a level (I think) 35. I decided to come back to it and have gotten this far (yay!) but like so many people I am frustratingly stuck here. I found the file, tried opening it in the most obvious program (though the 1kb filesize should have told me that wouldn't help me). After reading through here, I tried opening in a different program...can I pm someone with more details about what I've done to see how far off I am in my thoughts?
