I ahve to be able to control the object levatating at all times, there for I ahve nto be in direct contact with it by either sight or touch. Using it on myself will take me out of the control because I will be concentrating on keeping myself in the air and not directing movement or vice versa.

*climbs back on the bed*
*repeats the process landing on the floor barely staying in the air*
