Sort of a fish, sort of an eel. Very tasty and only one bone/cartilage, so easy to eat.

The supermarket would have it, in the fish counter, if you can get it in the states. Makes excellent alternative to cod for battered fish and chips.

I know I haven't seen it in the supermarkets, but I will have to check at the local fish market, they would probably have it....
