I just doubleboost on the occassion (happens a lot, for example everytime when a keeper boosts some1 past a sweep :) also, you can very easily go over another teamie if you got boosted, even on the last jump this will have a great effect)

hmm some of you i think or i am confused here

theres two differnt types of boosting with multiple people

chain boosting
and double boosting.

chain boosting is obvious. your boosted by someone. then someone else boosts you again while your in the air and you really get some speed and distance.

double boosting. i drew a lil thing. cuz i'm bored and at work ;P

double boosting to me is when u get boosted by 2 ppl at the same time.. u go much _much_ further... anyhoo..

i think the problem is either a lot of attackers still dont use the lower (overview) radar often enough.. or are just dumb.

if you see ur sweeper is gone forward, and ur the last oen behind.. and there are opponents close by.. cover the sweep's position! how hard is that?

Onge wrote: Absolutely. I got double boosted once into a great attacking position and someone, who shall remain nameless, gave me a ticking off saying I lacked discipline and shouldn't have left defence. He was wrong but wouldn't listen to reason. If two teammates are behind me to boost me then surely one can cover whilst I'm on a rare trip into the enemy half...:p

exactly
thats why i hate to play a static sweeper. when im in a good position i just have to abuse it to attack. i'm for total rotation (with rotating keeper)

priior, you cannot plan a double boost via 2 boosts at the same time, and you never have 3 ppl sticking together. the normal double boost (back man boosts middle man to front man. who kicks him again) is much more effective

Rotating keeper will so not work :)
If only for the fact physics get fucked up all the time >_< takes a few seconds to get them, and another player who has been keep before you can easily get them back leaving you as a normal player in keeper position..and you won't notice untill you need it :)
Also, most players can't do everything :x most players can defend properly (well, attackers have to, when boosted back), but a lot can't keep properly.

Personally, I'm all for rotation, and a static keeper :)

Most people fail to take the responsibility though, and you're also creating a lot of communication errors etc.

Just look at the random keep thing in 3on3 ;) (I have however, been in some clan matches where we had used a rotation between all field players, which worked remarkably better than most 3on3-rotations. This was in the final weeks/months of FCU :) it worked really well \o/)

If done well 100% rotation would pwn too hard.

david: thats the "chain boost" (u boost to someone..t hen they boost that person a second time...

rotating keeper is a bit whack.. what makes more sense is rotating the 4 players.. and have keeper move up to a sweeper position (needs to coordinate properly tho to get boosted back when necessary)

we (ufo) rotate the 4 players often (i -sweeper- move up to offense when needed.. it works because we know it will happen.. but everytime i do this in pickups none of the attackers pay attention to it... this is what leads me to believe some attackers dont pay attention to lower radar as much as sweeps do :) and therefore.. have no idea as far as general game tactics is concerned.

they see that you (sweep) leave defense, but most dont care: "i didnt sign up for defense, so i blame it on you"
