Sprint decision, coming to an end...

Splitting is the worst idea indeed.

What we need is a representive poll on:
-Sprint in 1st league cuz the pro's need to play the pro version; "off, and on when both agree" in lower leagues

-"off, and on when both agree"

With at least 100 votes....
can't be that not even 5% of the players care about the league.

14 teams (+3 cy) on vs 36 off.... not out of 191 (league has less then 100 active teams).

As said before, I love sprint, it suits my style of playing.... but as nab says, our clan suffers a lot when a match turns up and the other clan wants sprint as hardly any one in TEZC want to play with it on, and always find "Other things" to be doing.. If sprint was to be always on for division 1 Im pretty sure TEZC wouldnt really bother much with it and prolly end up going off or summit..

If you are so up for having sprint, no matter what the majority of voices say then I think your gunna have to have a Sprint on ladder as well as a sprint off ladder, cant see many other options tbh.

bazzi, ppl have diifferent perceptions of what is fun. I cant tell you why some ppl dont like sprint any more than i can tell you why ppl like and dont like playing eg. counterstrike (cos we all know its ghey ;p)

If there are 14 teams that want to play with sprint on then good for them. They will be able to enjoy a nice game of sprint DB with a like minded team. If you have sprint as a 'if both teams agree' option.

pls have it like that and run a DBL SPRINT CUP competition. that way you will get a load of sprint games and have something to show for it if you win. and eveyone will he HAPPY $\o/$

having 2 options for for 2 different leagues is asking for trouble, you are just digging the hole deeper for yourself, the quickest way to fill it up will be to set it so 'both teams have to agree' otherwise teams coming up from the 2nd div. won't know what hits 'em

thats the problem i have

you get problems with 'pro-version', but if you wanna be a top team you should be able to play well with it

yeah, i know 191 wasnt the final figure. (im not an admin so i couldnt give exact figures).

but still, out of the 50 who voted its still just over a quarter.

Remember that the poll started 2 days after sprint was in. I'm sure the numbers today would be summit like 20 like 30 dont like!

I dont want teams that will not be (and probably never be) in the 1st division deciding how it should be played. If you want different rules for the 1st division (i think thats a horrible idea btw, we dont need that kind of division in the community and just cos teams are in div 1 doesnt mean they like/dislike sprint any more than teams that are in div2 and below) then poll only div 1 teams.

I didn't say split the leagues, but run ANOTHER one, then teams will get twice as many games, and others can see the real differance between the 2 leagues, and maybe more will turn towards sprint. To FORCE teams to use sprint is not the way to go, tempt them to use it, gradually build a solid ground for sprint and then teams will use sprint more.

well, stop telling me what *might* happen and do something about it!

put another poll up and email all of the team admins and tell them to think about it, consult their squads and vote.
