I'm on the verge of tears on this one. I keep seeing how the solution is so obvious, and I'm stuck.

I can make out some sort of word from the first line, but the second line doesn't make any sense. Is it really that obvious?

If you can make out the the first word you can make out the second, so I suggest you change your approach.

in my opinion, that's not a very helpful clue. read the title. read the url. read the source code. solve.

I think the 'battleship' clue is kinda awful. It sent me on a wild goose chase. It has nothing to do with subs or patrol ships or even knowing anything about the game, really.

I think it'd be more helpful if you put 'Descartes' before the horse. If you do that, the system works.

Im clueless on the battleships clue

For all of you struggling with the battleships clue: in the game, ships are placed according to a simple x-y grid, that's it, nothing more!

for people who are stuck on this level like i was for 2 days, take into account that the battleship hint is more about the concept of battleship. And also, translate the french and you should get it.

HELP MEEEEE! ive done the right thing i believe i have played battleships but the last three make no sense?!?!?! (sorry if spoiler)
EDIT: i got it and if theres ppl still confused at the pw one, the same formula still applies its just 2 letters not 1

If anyone hasn't played warships before (like me) just look at how the game works and how can it be connected to the hints about hitting keys, and those weird numbers. Some peculiarities of those number may help you.

It's sufficiently vague. I never understood it until I solved the level
