I think I have the right username and password, I'm not entirely sure because when I enter it on the input form it keeps blanking out again??

i have no idea wtf im doing wrong i have the username and password but I've submitted it into the sign-in like a hundred times

I have figured out the solution to Level 4 but every time I enter the username and password it prompts me to do it again and I can't move on.
Can somebody explain why?

Someone help me! I think I got the password and username, but it isn’t working for me. I’ve tried refreshing the page, moving closing to my internet router, using cellular data, using my computer, and nothing works!

Assuming you have the right UN/PWD, try a few times, Level 4 is a little buggy like that
