What exactly is the problem? Is the radar simply not lining up with the map?

well, the measurements are right and yet it still doesnt work, and im just a WEEEE bit confused, but my brother is comin home on wednesday, and i'll just make him do the radar for me.
So forget i even mention'd the umm, radar thingy. k?k.
