*shrug helplessly* I don't know. Maybe it wasn't as special as I remember it but...he was the last lover I'll ever have had, so maybe I'm making him out to be more than he was. *shakes her head* That's one thing I miss about being human.

*shrug again* Being in love. Giving myself over completely over to someone. Allowing my emotions to decide my actions.

Anyway, if we're going to have a girly talk, I'm going to crack open a bottle of wine.

*fetches a nice Syrah from the tent and returns with two glasses and the bottle*

*pours wine* No. I don't. To fall in love would be to change myself. Angels can't change.

What do you mean? Don't you feel different, being in love?

*still confused* Well, yes, I feel truely happy when she's around, and I miss her alot when she's not. But - I mean, these are feeling, right? And you still have feelings, don't you? I don't really understand the difference!

Let me put it like this... being in love means you change your values, you make value judgements differently. I can't do that. And, well, as an angel I'm just not interested in sex anymore.
