*simply pushes Giggle backwards, fixes her to the chair and kisses her*

*sits down, but isn't really interested in what she's eating*

*takes the book from tinman and flips through the pages*
*hands it back to him on the page with the note*

"Dear Giggle.

If you are reading this then it must be the time that was prophecised. I was the one who heard the prophecy and I did it because I am your Grandmother. As I was the protector of the city I couldn't raise your father so I gave him to another family and kept it a secret. I am writing this to you because your father insists that it can be stopped but I'm sure you know that isn't true. Anyway...the prophet told me the following:

The child will be born under the full moon and before she can even grow to her adult form she will have killed her mother. She will be the one to release IT from the depths. She will not be able to harm a single creature but the number of deaths she will cause are innumerable. She will be the cause of the death of every member of our race except one. She will also destroy everything on this planet an make it inhospitable to any form of life. When the time comes she will join with IT under the influence of existence and only her most guilty form will survive and will aid IT in the destruction of earth.

I know that I won't be around for this but I just thought you'd like to know what is going to happen. You always were my favourite student."

*walks over to the door and leans her ear against it*
*doesn't hear Giggle crying anymore*
*cautiously opens the door and watches*

I see.....so.....then there is nothing that can be done?

*shakes her head sadly*
So pretty soon I'm going to join with that monster and me and the formanime will die leaving my evil half to help it destroy everything in the world.....and it all my fault *starts crying again*

*concentrates*
*searches for her sister but can't find her*
*reaches for the knot and tickles it a bit, very cautiously as not to harm her sister once again*
*notices some faint trembling and follows that* Wake up! You want to see this! And then you tell me what's happening!
*grabs her sister and pulls her with her*
*opens eyes and looks at Giggle and TinMan again, hoping that her sister didn't hide again*

hmmmm what about fighting the the evil half again? Or not joning with the onster....just because it is written here doesn't mean that it has to be that way. Destanies can be be changed.
