Just some explanations about Dawn
She was never able to transfer her self completely, she never learned that. In the fight with lilith, she transferred her self partly into lilith's body - that's the part that died. The part that remained re-developed - that's the first change in personality. Later, she got completely transferred into a rabbit by Annanagram. From there, she moved through several bodies, leaving part of herself behind every time. Those parts didn't cause any problems since the hosts either died (rabbit and mice) or just couldn't get affected by her (Angelica). What returned into Kex was just a very crippled personality without memories and only few abilities left. She re-developed once again as far as she could (without much guidance; TinMan tried, but at that point it was already too late), thus making her a very different character than she was when she appeared first.
No, Dawn will not re-appear, there was nobody close enough to her when Giggle's body got annihilized (of course unless someone of you wants her back That would have to be the part that remained in Angelica though ...)
