Annanagram, you seemed to have a spasm of Astral Projection, where you project your consioussness (sp?) onto the astral plane, a world shaped by thought and emotion. While there, a spirit dropped into your body, so when you sensed the disturbance you jumped into the nearest body, which would be ToTo's.

Elsa appears to have developed telepathy...

Archangelica, feeling things around you as part of you is all to do with energy manipulation and expanding your awareness to outside of your body, a very useful skill. It can make you empathic. Try sensing other people's feelings.

We have yet to discover what others have been given. Something less obvious, I guess.
