It's difficult to explain kex, basically you need not think of the powers except for only when you need them, and not think of your fears at all.

Again it is hard to tell you how to do it, it's something that you just have to do, you know not think about it.

That's hard! I mean - to be able to NOT think about something, I first need to know WHAT not to think about - and therefore think about exactly that one first! How is that possible?
