Well - I read part of your book but I don't seem to understand much of it. Most of these texts about self-control were way too abstract for me!

*sighs* I tried to find some information to do what you said but even if I found it I wouldn't know. So I tried to do the opposite, I made a list of my fears to find a way to - don't know - at least to not dream of them anymore, you know?
