I am not meaning freeze by ice, I mean freeze by stopping something and making it unable to move. as far as levitation concentrate on something and picture it lifting into the air, it is best if you point at is that way you can focus you concentration and direct it.

I'll try to make it lift more slowly this time!
*concentrates again*
*the stone slowly lifts up into the air, higher and higher*

Good, now stop it where it is at, and direct it towards the forest.

*the stone stops*
*thinks of the stone moving towards the forest*
*the stone shoots into the forest*

A little fast but good. Now bring it back.

*lies in the forest, struck down by the stone*

Nope, just hold your hand out and concentrate on the stone returning to it.
