The main character of this game (that guy with black hairs ofc) is the main hero in the game and in film, which game supposed to be based on... : p

This is on really old machine... i had it in 1996-1998~ and its NOT Commodore 64.

Yeah, I guessed it was an Amiga game (thanks for the clue). I went through a long list of Amiga games to find it.
