As David says: it cant be abused cause you dont get any advantages. Your team is only missing a player if you are in the hole. But I want to try if I can volley the ball out when my team tries to score >=)

actually, I've noticed that I sometimes get 2 assist for a single goal. I'll often have more assists than total goals scored, which is a little weird.

Please read the info page for the stat info.
Last assist = 2
2nd last = 1
