The end of my plot is getting closer and I need them out of the way before I get there

<At least the screaming has finally stopped>
*sneaks into the lab and picks up as much gold as possible*
*sneaks back to her hiding place*
*finds a way to see into the lab without being spotted*
*sees a confused looking woman entering with a man*
*one of the scientists suddenly comes into the room and shoots both of them with something*

*stifles a scream unsuccessfully*
*the scientist turns asnd shoots towards the noise*
*the bolt hits the metal vent and sends a large shock into her*
*falls out unconcious*

Ok I'll just post a few flashforwards and attack Lambda for a while before I got

*wakes up tied to a wall with the two people she saw*
*the scientist walks over to her*

So...*smiles* you're not human. And from your blood I see you live a long life unless you get gold. *smiles wider*
You've been unconcious a long long time. Long enough for me to perfect my new invention which you'll now see a demonstration of.
*drags the man over to the machine and puts him inside*
*exits and turns it on*
While we wait for it to sort him out, I'll explain what it does *crazy giggle*
It modifies their DNA to be like yours *giggle*, but, lack of gold doesn't kill them. It only weakens them slightly.
*walks right over to the non-human*
You see. Now I can have an infinite supply of gold. *manically laughs*
*the machine beeps and opens*
And now I'll test him. Be a good "girl" and wait here.
*drags the man out*
