*walks into the ashes and picks up a huge blue gem*
*cleans it with her hands and carries it into the tent*

*looks around everywhere*
*eventually notices the edge of a bedsheet under the bed*
*bends down and looks under the bed* Vivian! What are you doing down there?! *climbs under and pulls Vivian out* Hell, you're cooled out down there! *lifts her onto the bed, next to Herby*

*the gem glows up promisingly for a moment, then turns into a grey, seemingly dead stone*

*only half conscious*
*shivering*
*eyes keep nervously wandering around the room without really noticing anything*

*worried* Damnit, what's wrong again?! Why are you so scared? *remembers* The shots! *sighs*
*sits down next to Vivian and hugs her tightly* Calm down please! It's over! Nobody will shoot at you!
Me and my stupid ideas! The dragon was already dying anyway!

*eventually relaxes*
*seamlessly drifts off into sleep of exhaustion*

*keeps sitting there like that*

*watches the grey stone thoughtfully*
*makes a decision*
*carries the grey stone into the forest, to a bright clearing*
*puts the stone on the ground in the center of the clearing and watches*

*as the sun hits the stone, it slowly turns into a iridescent gem*

*as time passes and more sun heats up the gem, the gem grows and grows*
*finally, some cracks appear on its surface*

*gets excited*
*watches closely*

*suddenly, the gem cracks open and a tiny creature appears, blind, naked, with blue skin, curled up but struggling to get out of the gem*

Oh! *smiles*
*cautiously removes the shards of the gem to set the mini dragon free*

*lies in the remainings of the gem, out of breath, gathering sun power for a while*
*notices some motion next to her*
*lifts head and opens mouth wide*

Oh - are you hungry? What do you eat? *remembers that Amber always tried to eat her* Meat? *sighs* Maybe I can find something in the kitchen! I'll be right back! *runs back into the tent and into the kitchen*
*moves some chair next to the fridge, climbs onto the chair and opens the fridge*
*looks around in it and eventually finds some meat*
*picks it out and runs back to the mini dragon* Here! *holds the raw meat above the dragon's mouth, slowly lowering it down for the dragon to eat*
