Look this level has baffled the notproners, if that is what they are called , for years and it will continue do so in the future

I finally got it: the image says that you have to enter the door, but you don't have the key.
So how can you enter the door? Search for hints.... on the top left of the image says "1". What this could mean?
The URL says "/notpron/levelone.htm", indicating you the current level. So, to get to level two, what do you have to do?
Just think about where you could use the 'one' or what it means....
