I made an account just because of this level. I'm having trouble with it for a couple of days now (I knooow, many of you struggle for weeks, months or years). Anyhow, is there still a chance to get another hint than the ones posted in this thread?

No. 5bn is an alternate approach to medicine that David was a fan of. The meaning of iseeyou is unclear, but it is never used.

If you're stuck, it might help to hear that to one more player here, the solution has everything to do with the source CODE. Hint had me more confused than I was before I looked at it! So, different perspectives depending on how your mind works.
