I'm usually pretty good at maths and numbers in general but it seems that this is a whole new monster of math, which I can't say I wouldn't have expected from notpron. Anyway would it be possible to for me to run my ideas by someone as it might help me collect my thoughts?

Ok folks, honestly, this was no fun at all.
Not a bit at least.
Not because it took me something like two weeks, i'm very very patient with these things. But because it's the same kinda idea the tenth time in a little variation. and in even a more diggresive way then all the others before.. this is closer to "guess what color my socks are" then actually to a riddle
*sigh*
ok, on we go to that one named after the answer to the question about life, the universe and all the rest...

This level really not fair for asia player (and russian too).
I think David must write a the same hint like level 15 about french and belgium people...

Why? This is not a continental problem, DavidM just used the wrong encoding ...
