5 on 5 volley only rules. Only the weak think it's a spamfest. The skilled wouldn't even consider shooting on such a small map.

VO is for people who crave pure action and competition. VO isn't for everyone. Not everyone can keep up. There's just too much action and skills required for some.

SC is utter crap with 5vs5. its to small... and yes "we" euros might not be as 1337!!!one111one11!!one as you godlike NA guys, but im glad we still have our common sence. ( the thing that waved goodbye after you invaded iraq)

SC is to small for 10 persons....

SmallCube is a spam fest on NA servers too. They tend to play vo on slightly bigger maps, such as DB-BlueRidge.

SmallCube without the roof was less spammy.

we have discuss about it but it difficult to do something about it, so long the rules not say VO-only ppl should have the opportuniti to score how ever they want without get kicked

But this is not what happens.

Here is a situation I was in yesterday:
I joined a smallcube NON VO server, with 2 players on, [eS]Don, and [SEUCHE]Xellx. They were playing vo, apparently. I figured it was ok to play along similarly, until the server filled up. The next player to join was obviously very new to the game, and made all the usual errors that new guys do. That's fine, I was happy to offer help, and drop back to regular play. But not the other 2 players. When this new guy scored (can't remember his nick), they kickvoted him, and did not grasp what these actions lead to, despite my fairly heated comments at the time.

This is the reason DB is dying. The game is good, but the community has a minority of some real retards, who don't realise that the actions they take to enforce their own views on "cool play" are killing off any chance that this game has of growing.

oh, and one last thing. It's VO, Volley Only, or similar. "VO Only" is just silly: "Volley Only Only"...
