Air Buccaneers might give you a bit of competition on the originality factor, but I think Deathball could very well win.

i still think db should be in fps, since it is played in first person

but its not a shooter...but whatever

i would be amazed if db lost msu , the other mods are shit tbh

the only other mod i've heard of from that list is fatal arts, and it doesn't come anywhere near db. Think db should definitely win this

Marble mania is extremely fun..for about an hour :>

Air buccaneers is original..but I don't like it much personally

Deathball 1.9b has a good chance, but mostly because the rest of the mods aren't good enough ;p

Deathball 2.0 however would have a good chance simply because it's probably good (provided nothing changes, except for added things like models etc, and the ut2k4 bugs get ironed out :>)

Deathball's gameplay is good enough to win the whole competition. What it lacks at the moment is polish, as in shiny new menus, more high quality maps, etc. Without that I fear a more professional looking mod is likely to prevail.

Just as well it looks like all these things are on the horizon.

Of course I am presuming that DB will win phase 2. >.<
