after a long spasm with speedy, i finally get it, (o_O) and tbh not importantm wtf im replying for? .. hmm anyway gl in finding a resonable solution whoever is sorting this stuff out (im drunk i think)

It's not classed as "busted" when both of us knew it was a copy and never pretended it wasn't...
The entire idea was to use the alien (because he is well known) in a deathball add, its not a 'rip' i drew it from scratch myself, totally, to resemble the alien. If i had drawn some famous cartoon character in a deathball setting would you try and get me sued? morons..
We just didn't say it was a copy 'cause it was MADE by us on photoshop even if the actual design of the alien wasn't ours...
We were just bored and fucking about whereas you have to make a post in a forum about it... shows how much of a life you have.
(BTW i'm at school, so don't try and make fag-ass come backs e.g. Messy)
(Oh and Messy no one is impressed by your knowledge of the english language)

Hi there, i'm Fizzy and i'm responsible for the image, now see this is totally innocent.
The events as they happened..
I saw a custom shell with a theme that had this little alien guy (that looks exactly like this Jark alien now ive seen it) on a themes site.
I liked the look of it and attempted to draw it myself, which i did, from scratch, as practice.
I showed a couple of friends what i had done for criticism, and i showed DavidM the lead designer of deathball, without telling me he uploaded under the "stuff" section of deathball.net
Fileplanet used the image without my or anyone elses permission...
I apologise for this, the image was never intended to be used anywhere, it was simply a guy practicing his photoshop work. If you'd like ill ask for the image to be taken off of deathball.net
