...pff..she's headbanging so wrong ;p
Doesn't seem like she's spread her legs enough to fully ensure stability and spread weight, she's also not leaning forward enough, and her left hand should be out to the side with a hook.
Headbangers do that to stop moshers etc ;p (from bumping in and just claiming space and such)

Don't know what you mean by too fast for the computer. I'm sure it can't run faster than the music.
