is ball spin possible?
say the ball is above you and you aim a bit down to volley (more power). will it spin backwards so when it bounces the ball slows down? (could add a small banana to it too)
this can happen in all directions. also you could add the spin to banana shots too.

the reason for this is to make the volleys harder. they are too easy :p

Yes, you'd have to position yourself more in front of the ball, which is a good thing imo =)

It should be reasonable, but at least people wouldn't be able to score while the ball is practically to their side or above them anymore

that's the whole point. it's too easy to volley :p
