Mathematically, thumbs are called fingers

Biologically, thumbs are thumbs and fingers are different.

well, fingers have 3 bones and 3 knuckles and thumbs have two bones and two knuckles.
they are different but they are still on your hand. that's why some people call thumbs fingers.

in my opinion, 10 is a binary digit which means 2, so the option for 2 fingers is double here. Therefore, i chose for 8

I believe a thumb is classed when it has only 3 joints, where as 4 is found in fingers :cool:
