Any chance on getting a hotfix to get teamchat working? Its annoying trying to read what people are saying durring a match, especially with pressure on you.

It's up and running on the BuD servers. Join the Team channel and then talk in it.

and how do you go about doing that? I know it auto-joins when you enter servers but sometimes it says "no "team" channel" or it creates a channel and names it after you...

Xelent started talking to me earlier, his voice is kind of homo-erotic O_o

Manually edit your deathballuser.ini to reflect the channel toggles you prefer.. I have I,O,P = Team, Local, Public toggles.
I then have to make the file read-only afterwards. For some reason, deathball goes back and overwrites it with other values for those keys.

Additionally, you can use the V-voice command key.. select the join channel manually there, THEN select the channel you want to talk in. Default key to activate the mic is F. You must press and hold it to talk unless you edit your ut2004.ini to enable VAD (voice-activated talk.. I suggest only using it on team channel though..)

i found it for the channels to talk in, but not the auto-join stuff.

Auto-join is in the menus. Voice options, you can check the boxes of the channels you want to join.

That part is in the manual that comes with UT2004.
