The keeper's dodging ability already allows him to catch shots that may be made at the goals, and it can additionally be used to get out of the penalty box to get some fair distance. I see little use in adding walldodge at this point.
Back in the old versions wall dodging was very useful since the keeper only had 2 jumps. With 4 jumps now a keepers chance of intercepting the ball has increased. Adding in walldodge would give the keeper more distance also. So I say we should put it back in; very useful tactic.
It's fun /o\ you have to do something as a keep =\
It was removed because it wasn't directly necessary, and it caused some bugs when in 1.7 (?) your amount of jumps was reduced to 1 after dodging, but you could do 4 jumps then walldodge, and your jumps would be 1 again (aka 4 jumps, one dodge and 1 jump == lots of hight, lots of speed and some extra distance)
edit: err guess you meant to say when he had 2 jumps it WASN"T very useful...nevermind
... o_O
I said wall dodging was useful back then because the keeper only had 2 jumps.. Now with wall kids around keepers need to cover more distance so adding wall dodge would be helpful..
