Put the gametype selector back in

In the current version of DB there's no gametype selector (you can only play DB). Unfortunately, this means that anyone who wants to create a new gametype (ie me) cannot do so easily, because it will not show up on the menu. So could someone please put the menu back in, or i'll have to use a completely seperate set of menu code (which I'd rather not do).

Yush..save cata some time and allow for stuff like tennis, dodgeball, warfare and gibball o_O

Those helped keep DB alive too, you know
