I was just wondering... would it be feasible to use the terrain tool when making DeathBall maps, or should I stick to BSP?
:noob:

edit: thanks mate, I'll keep that in mind for future projects. As for my current project, poor framerates may just have to be suffered through.

Take a look at DB-November. The ground is made from terrain. Then take a look at your framerate while playing November. Terrain can be used, but it really hammers the fps, so you are probably better off using bsp, or being clever with static meshes.

I've never had framerate problems with November....ever. On my old PC or new...I still don't understand how everyone says its a framerate killer.
