Ive had this happen more then once, go to press a key and hit 2 at a time. This should not be a 30sec ban as it already prevents the rapid fire and thats all it needs to do imo. make it like a 5sec ban or something short so you can still teamsay or say after that happens.

another thing that happened is i type something really fast and press enter before i typed the last letter in, so it says what im typing then the bind at the same time and i get spam owned
