disk drive prob...

Hey,
I have just gotten back into unrealtourny2004, after a month break. However my disk drive isnt working properlty. It wont even load the disk?Also when i got to start-->shutdown, my comp freezes. Should i do a system resore to when i first bought computer to make all of these work properties? This computer is also only about 8 months old. GRrrr help plz!

that would be my first port of call before a reformat anyway

naw i dont think its that...i have S&D search and destroy, spysweeper, and norton 2004......grr i wanna play ut2004.
