DB Broke My Hard Drive

We had a good scrim going last night between UFO and RusH. It went into overtime and UFO scored. My computer froze and when I hit reset someting on my secondary hard drive broke. GG all my games, movies, tv shows, and music are gone.
Only thing I could do was format it.

dont hit reset
nah same happened with me on DPM UT2004 i lost everything thats open... no way can u brake ur hard disks ^^
