Uhm, the animation is fucking great, not many can animate like that, most use different body parts and move em around, this guy actually ANIMATES.

That particular cartoon was stylized to look that way. If you've watched his other cartoon Walk-Smash-Walk you'd see he's more than capable of a more traditional style of animation.
